PLEASE NOTE: This is not an order until approved and the invoice has been paid. Please fill out the form and send a request which will be reviewed. We will be in touch to let you know whether the custom request can be created or not, if it will not work there will be an advisory on what will work with the word choice. Once you are happy with the decision, payment will be taken via PayPal, Stripe or bank transfer.
You can personalise these laser-cut acrylic heart earrings to have any words or names you like, or have the same word repeated, in a choice of fonts.
We will aim to respond within 5 working days of receiving your request. The earrings will not go into production until full payment has been made. Once payment has been made, your custom earrings will be made and dispatched via Royal Mail. Shipping will be calculated based on your choice of service and added to the overall cost in the invoice.

We cannot accept returns or refunds on custom earrings. These earrings are made to order, so we are unable to refund or exchange if you have chosen the wrong colour or misspelt a custom piece. If you can show that your item was damaged upon delivery, we will send you a replacement free of charge, or alternatively a full refund. We may ask for photographic evidence from you in these instances, this is to help us recover monies from the Royal Mail.
